7 Day VA Bookkeeper

Onboarding call/questionnaire to understand the business
Business mapping session (if needed) to review bank account setup, LLC setup, and how money flows in business
Once the assessment is completed, your bookkeeper will be added as ‘view only’ to the necessary accounts so they can start creating P&Ls/Reports - and asking questions they need
Within 7 days the VA will be onboarded and placed into the business ready to go
On a weekly and monthly basis, your bookkeeper will generate a P&L for you. On a monthly basis, we recommend reviewing the P&L with your team and even the accountant

All the bookkeepers are vetted and trained by our team and top bookkeeper
They are all under contract to protect and seal any information that they come into contact with
Bookkeepers are only given view access to any sensitive information, they will not have access to be able to change any records or send/receive funds
